Wendy “Empress” Peters

The woman behind Loc’d & Loved

Born in Antigua and Barbuda and raised in New Jersey, Wendy “Empress” Peters is a mother of three, entrepreneur, and founder and CEO of Loc’d & Loved, a brand under Empress Royal Enterprises.

Her vision brings together love, family, and pride in every crown. She is building a world of care for women, men, couples, and children—where locs, curls, coils, and personal grooming all have a place.

From shared wash-day rituals to a king’s grooming routine and the care of little crowns, Wendy’s goal is to make everyday care feel thoughtful, personal, and royal.

Every crown has a story. Care should feel as personal as the people we love.
